the Bellair Gardens Lobby is designed by the award-winning firm of Munge/Leung
Design Associates. The floors feature an inlaid limestone-look with
inset details. Formally finished walls are accented by soft edged lighting,
as well as concealed coved lighting and fabulous chandeliers. The concierge’s
reception desk boasts a stone top, and faces an elegant seating area.
The lobby’s focal point is an artistically designed mosaic tiled
back-lit screen with garden and fountain highlight. The Bellair Gardens
